I installed my home solar battery last spring after getting tired of watching electricity rates jump during the evening. I checked the battery monitor and found the temperature sensor reading was several degrees below reality. A loose sensor plug was the culprit. I reseated it, restarted the inverter, and the system has been stable ever since. That small issue taught me to keep the installation manual and screenshots of settings handy, rather than assuming every battery warning means a failed cell.
