I installed a 10 kWh LiFePO4 battery beside my home inverter last spring, mainly to stop buying expensive electricity during the evening peak. My solar panels already covered most daytime use, but after sunset I was still pulling power from the grid when cooking, running the dishwasher, and charging our electric car. After changing the communication profile and restarting both units, everything worked normally. I was relieved that it was a settings issue rather than a wiring fault.
