Running my solar system with a battery has changed the way I think about electricity bills. Before installation, my rooftop panels produced plenty during the day, but I still bought expensive power from the grid after dinner. I corrected both settings and watched the solar battery climb normally the next day. That small troubleshooting moment taught me to check software settings before assuming hardware failure.
After six months, I’m happy with the setup. It has not eliminated my bill, and cloudy weeks still need grid power, but the savings feel practical and dependable for us each month.
