firmware issues V2.09

Unread postby Julian » Thu Jan 09, 2025 7:47 am

Hello Gobel Support,

faced following issues with firmware version 2.09:

1. SOC jumps disproportionately from about 30% to 97% within a few minutes during charging. Checked battery capacity is set correctly in BMS. Please find Victron charging diagram and BMS parameter file attached.

2. new dynamic CVL logic promises that after one hour of 100% charge, CVL is lowered to "Pack OVP Release Value". I set this parameter to 53.6V which equals 3.35V per cell. In fact BMS loweres CVL after one hour, but not to "Pack OVP Release Value". It sends 54.4V instead, which is nowhere defined in Pbms tool.

please verify this

Regards,
Julian

Are there any news about this issues?
I would like to have a firmware with float concept, but looks it still needs some work

try power off/on battery again.
