Support Gobel RN150 BMS Kit 16S 150A

I purchased the BMS on August 18, 2023.
Now the interaction with the Deye inverters is not working properly. Below 15% SOC the battery will be charged again and again.
Apparently this is triggered by the BMS.

Why can't I find any information about the RN150 on Homepare?
I need the latest software for communication with the BMS and the latest firmware.
I would also like to know whether my RN150 and the PC200 can communicate with an expansion.

PC Software for RN150 Firmware 0502_FC (Password: 123456):

After update, open new software, go to Protect Para tab, at the bottom righ corner, input 5, 8, 10 from top to bottom.
Top value is the SOC when Force Charge starts.
Middle value is the SOC when Force Charge stops.
Bottom value is the SOC when the battery is allowed to discharge.

RN150 and PC200 BMS cannot communicate with each other, they are different BMS.

Thank you for the quick and detailed answer.
I did the update and now everything seems to be working as I wish.

If the RN150 is no longer available that means I can't expand my storage battery.
That would be very bad for a 3 month old system.

RN150 is under hardware upgrading, it may be available again later.

I had some similar issues with my RN150 BMS in a victron environment and tried the firmware linked above with the new PC software. The update went ok. but I can`t write back the SOC Alarm parameters. all the other parameters seem ok. do I have to power cycle the battery / BMS after upgrading firmware?
Also I am confused about the Password. If I use 123456 it does not work, field stays white. when using the BMS password from google drive (used it before, no issues) password field gets orange and I can read protection parameters but not write back. Then I tried 123456 again and the password field went red and writing was enabled (besides the error on writing soc parameters).
Any clue on that?

update, tried to reboot the BMS via the power button, no change.

If using firmware with FC, need to use PC software with FC.

SOC Alarm part in FC version software will show force charge settings instead.

I am using the updated Firmware linked above (20231212).
which software I am supposed to use with it? I tried Gobel_RN_BMS_Tools_FC_1.01.02_17(32bit) as well as Gobel_RfnBMS_Tools_1.01.02_11(32bit).

Both show me SOC low, not SOC force chg settings.

Both wont let me write back these values.
