Gobel Power After-Sales Center

Almost have the GP-SR1-PC200 wired except for two problems. 1) where does the single red wire coming from the heating pad hook up? and two I have the 5A balancer and when I try to connect to the balancer with the blue tooth I get the following error messages. "request device information failure!" What am I missing? My phone does see the the device as EK-24S4EB and phone can connect but not device directly by app.

I found the solution to blue-tooth connection to the 5A active balancer, I need to download the Neey app to access it.
